以色列和阿聯開始大量施打疫苗，尤其是以色列，每100人有40人打了，但感染人數和死亡人數沒降，這呈現了一個可能的問題，

所以施打疫苗的速度如果趕不上傳染的速度，施打疫苗不會讓感染人數降下來。
有趣的是，殖民地(日本，台灣，英國，紐西蘭)的表現都比曾殖民它的好，這又是為什麼？
